Well that drought has finally come to an end with the new Casa Antigua Condominium project. Today we have David walling, Vice President of Walling Properties and John Newman and Tom Budny with Haymore Real Estate in the studios to tell us about the new project.

So….. You are a proud Sierra Vista home owner and maybe you just got a nice raise at work, maybe you just transferred here with Fort Huachuca, or maybe you just got married, maybe your about to have a child. Life is always changing and your life is no different. The question now is, do you sell and buy another home that fits your needs, or do you stay put and remodel your home. 

For many people, moving is the simpler option, for others they like where they live, they have nice neighbors and really don’t want to pack and move. 

There seem to be plenty of cost advantages to staying put and renovating. You also avoid the considerable costs of selling your home, buying a new one and moving, which can drain away 10% or more of the value of your home each time you change abodes.
